It is the beginning of a new chapter in their lives, and a step closer in fulfilling their dream of serving the Lord.

Last June 12, 2015, the feast of St. John of Sahagun, 9 aspirants were accepted in the postulancy of Seminario San Agustin.

The new postulants were Bro. Israel Miranda, Bro. Bernard Loyola Belamide, Bro. Wilfred Delos Santos, Bro. Aldrin Tanjuan, Bro. Marlon Yolas, Bro. Mihkael Ferrer, Bro. Nichie Tolentino, Bro. Sean Bernard Tan and Bro. Jan Harold Manguera.

The acceptance rites happened at the postulancy and pre-novitiate chapel, and was presided by Rev. Fr. Peter Casiño OSA, Regional Vicar, concelebrated by Rev. Fr. Geoffrey Eborda OSA, Rev. Fr. Robert Dael OSA, Rev. Genaro Supremido OSA and Rev. Fr. Randolf Dayndayan OSA, the master of postulants and pre-novices.

Members from the Novitiate community and the Professorium community also attended the ceremony.

As a sign, the newly accepted postulants were given the Augustinian emblem symbolizing their formal acceptance to the postulancy and pre-novitiate community.
